Broad Pasta with Meatballs

The perfect broad pasta with meatballs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Broad pasta with meatballs

  • 150 g Noodles, wide
  • Salt to taste
  • Basil leaves
  • 500 g Minced meat, mixed
  • Mustard to taste
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • Salt, gourmet pepper
  • 30 g Sesame
  • 10 small Tomatoes
  • 30 g Butter
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 50 ml Cream
  • Cheese, grated to taste and taste
  • Chives, fresh

Prepare wide pasta

  1. Cook the noodles in boiling salted water according to the instructions, drain them.

Prepare the meatballs

  1. Chop the remaining basil. Put mixed minced meat in a bowl. Add the basil, mustard, egg yolk, salt & gourmet pepper and mix everything together. Shape the mixture into balls with clean hands and roll them in sesame seeds.

Roasting meatballs

  1. Melt the butter in a pan. Fry the meatballs over medium heat and then remove them and keep warm.

Pan wide pasta & tomatoes

  1. Put the olive oil in another pan and heat it in it. Toss in the drained broad noodles and small tomatoes. Pour in the cream and let it boil until the thick noodles have absorbed the cream.

Serve

  1. Take the deep plate and add the broad pasta, pulled in cream, along with the halved tomatoes. Sprinkle all around with basil and chives. Place warm meatballs on the individual deep plates. Sprinkle with grated cheese to your taste and serve immediately!
