Pasta with Meatballs and Mushrooms in Cream Sauce

- 500 g Penne
- 500 g Minced meat
- 500 g Mushrooms brown
- 2 Onions
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 200 ml. White wine
- 200 ml Vegetable broth
- 200 ml. Cream
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 Egg
- Bread flour
- 1 tsp Mustard
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chili powder
- Hot paprika powder
- Dried oregano
- Clarified butter
- Parmesan cheese
- Cook the pasta in salted water until aldent.
- 1 Peel the onions and garlic and dice them finely, add the minced meat, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, oregano, mustard, chili powder and paprika powder, mix everything well, form small meatballs and fry them in clarified butter on all sides.
- Take the meatballs out of the pan and set aside, peel and finely dice the other onion, sauté in the butter until translucent, clean and sauté the mushrooms, dust with the flour, deglaze with the broth, cream and wine and Bring to the boil, add the meatballs again and let everything simmer gently for another 3-5 minutes.
- Drain the pasta and serve with the meatballs sprinkled in mushroom sauce and Parmesan cheese.
