Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp oil
- 750 g broccoli, cut into florets
- 400 g cream cheese spread
- pepper
- tbsp broth, instant
- 1 liter of water
- nutmeg
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
with minced meat
Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Heat the oil in a large soup pot, brown the minced meat, add the onion and garlic, and fry. Sprinkle with stock, paprika, and pepper, and deglaze with water. Add the broccoli florets, stir, and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes. Finally, stir in the cheese. Season the soup to taste and add nutmeg.
