Broccoli and grape salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 2 apples
  • 3 carrots
  • 300 g grapes, small, seedless
  • 100 g nuts or seeds, mixed
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 170 g Greek yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

refreshingly delicious

Wash and tear the broccoli into small pieces. Slice the apples. Grate the carrots and wash the grapes. Place everything in a bowl. Briefly toast the nuts or seeds and add them. For the dressing, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Pour over the salad and let it marinate. You can also eat it immediately.
