Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 300 g broccoli, in florets
  • 125 g Ebly
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • ½ tsp instant broth
  • some water
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Pepper, red
  • curry
  • 1 tbsp crème fraîche
  • possibly garlic
  • 300 g chicken breast fillet(s), cut into small pieces

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, cook the Ebly and keep warm. Then, finely chop the vegetables and chicken breast fillet. First, brown the meat in a wok. Remove it and keep warm. Then, brown the onion. Add the bell pepper and brown. Then, add the broccoli florets and sauté. These can be pre-cooked in boiling water for about 5 minutes. Add a little water, stock, and the spices and let simmer for a few more minutes. Then, stir in the crème fraîche. Now, add the cooked Ebly and the chicken breast fillet and mix everything well. Adjust seasoning if desired. This recipe can be prepared just as well without meat.
