Broccoli, Carrot and Sweet Potato Vegetables

  • 1 Broccoli small
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Sweet potato small
  • 1 Orange organic
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • Chili pepper something
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • Salt pepper
  • Chakalaka
  • Chopped nuts
  1. Cut the broccoli into small florets and halve. Peel and slice the carrots. Peel and dice the sweet potato. You need the grated peel and juice of the orange. Peel the garlic and cut into fine slices. Cut a small piece of the chilli into rings.
  2. Blanch the sweet potato and carrot cubes in a little boiling salted water for about 6 minutes and rinse in cold water.
  3. Fry the broccoli florets in hot olive oil. Add the chili rings and garlic slices. Mix everything well and fry again briefly. Deglaze with the juice of the orange and add the grated orange peel. Season with salt, pepper and chakalaka and serve with chopped nuts. Fish fillet goes well with it, but also marinated chicken breast.
