Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 600 g chicken breast or turkey fillet
- 1 broccoli
- 1 pkt. Chips (potato chips)
- 500 ml hollandaise sauce
- 60 g Parmesan, grated
- 3 tbsp oil
- 250 g yogurt
- 150 g crème fraîche
- Spice mix (fried chicken seasoning)
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder and chili powder

American Chips Casserole
Mix the oil and a generous amount of roast chicken seasoning, paprika, and chili pepper (or add garlic or curry powder) to create a marinade, and marinate the shredded chicken in it for at least 1 hour. Quickly brown the seasoned chicken in a pan. Instead of browned chicken, you can also use the same amount of cold leftovers from a soup chicken or roast chicken from the previous day. Trim the broccoli and separate it into small florets. Layer the meat, raw broccoli, and potato chips in a sufficiently large casserole dish. Prepare the hollandaise sauce. Melt the Parmesan cheese in it and stir in the yogurt and crème fraîche. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the resulting sauce over the casserole and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for half an hour. Garnish with crispy potato chips.
