Broccoli cream soup

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 ½ kg broccoli
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 liters of broth
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 1 cup sour cream or sour cream
  • butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, peel and finely chop the garlic, then lightly fry it in butter. Meanwhile, remove the broccoli florets from the stems and rinse them thoroughly. Add about 2 liters of broth to the sautéed garlic and bring to a boil. Then add the broccoli florets and simmer over medium heat for about 12-15 minutes. When the broccoli is nice and soft, puree it with a hand blender. Then add the cream and sour cream and season with salt and pepper. This dish tastes best with fresh baguette.
