Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1,000 g zucchini
- 750 ml vegetable stock
- 2 onions
- 2 small celery pieces
- 200 g cream cheese with herbs
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp parsley
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Dice the zucchini, celery, and onions and sauté in butter. Add the vegetable stock and simmer for about 20 minutes. Add the cheese and blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with parsley.
