Broccoli in egg cream with three cheeses baked

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 egg(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 1 ball of mozzarella (125 g)
  • 50 g cheese, e.g. Gouda
  • 1 piece(s) Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the broccoli and divide it into florets. Whisk together the cream, egg, and seasonings to make the egg custard. Slice or grate the cheese. First, place the broccoli in a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the egg custard over the broccoli. Finally, sprinkle with the cheese. The egg custard and broccoli should not be overseasoned, as the cheese is also salty. Bake in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 20-25 minutes.
