Broccoli in Mustard and Coconut Sauce

- 1 Broccoli
- 100 g Cocktail tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Flaxseed crushed
- 1 bunch Parsely
- Mustard
- 1 Can Coconut milk
- Chop the broccoli and fry the florets in a little olive oil. Then add the coconut milk, flax seeds and the tomatoes, bring to the boil and season with mustard, Provence herbs, curry, salt and pepper. Take the pan off the heat and then sprinkle with fresh parsley.
