Ingredients

  • 500 g Fresh broccoli
  • 3 Fresh onion
  • 200 g Diced bacon
  • 150 g Processed cheese
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 L Water
  • 15 ml Oil
  • 2 tbsp Place garlic oil, 1 tuber in 200 ml olive oil in the dark for 14 days

Instructions

Preparations

  • Wash and clean the broccoli and cut into individual florets. Peel the stalks and cut into 3 cm long pieces. Finely chop the onions, finely dice the bacon.

Cook the broccoli

  • Cook the broccoli in salted water for about 15 minutes, it should still be slightly firm to the bite. Then pour into a sieve and (because of the color) rinse with cold water.

Sauce

  • Sauté the onions and bacon in the oil until the onions are translucent. then deglaze with the milk. Because melt cheese in it and stir in. Do not season with pepper to taste too hot. Pour the sauce over the finished broccoli, stir carefully, serve. Enjoy your meal

What about that?

  • The best boiled potatoes, meat is probably not necessary, but pan-fried dishes fit if you have to.
