Broccoli Florets in Creamy Cheese Sauce

- 1 stalk Fresh broccoli
- 150 ml Cream
- 1 Corner (25g) Cream cheese
- Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- Divide the broccoli into florets and cook until firm to the bite in boiling salted water. Bring the cream to the boil in a saucepan, dissolve the processed cheese in it and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Drain the broccoli florets on a sieve and add to the sauce.
