Broccoli Florets in Creamy Cheese Sauce

The perfect broccoli florets in creamy cheese sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 stalk Fresh broccoli
  • 150 ml Cream
  • 1 Corner (25g) Cream cheese
  • Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  1. Divide the broccoli into florets and cook until firm to the bite in boiling salted water. Bring the cream to the boil in a saucepan, dissolve the processed cheese in it and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Drain the broccoli florets on a sieve and add to the sauce.
