Broccoli – Kassler Pan

Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Tagliatelle
  • 500 g Broccoli
  • 1 medium sized Onion
  • 500 g Triggered Kassler cutlet
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 100 ml Low fat milk
  • 1 tsp Vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp Light sauce thickener
  • White pepper
  • 1 bunch Chives

Instructions
 

  • Cook the noodles in plenty of salted water until they are firm to the bite.
  • Clean and wash the broccoli and cut into small florets, peel the stems and cut into small pieces.
  • Cover and cook both in a good 1/4 l boiling salted water for about 5 minutes, drain and collect the vegetable water.
  • Peel and dice the onion.
  • Wash Kassler, pat dry and cut into cubes.
  • Heat the oil in a coated pan, fry the Kassler for about 5 minutes, turning, fry the onions briefly.
  • Stir in the vegetable water, milk and stock, bring to the boil, thicken slightly and season to taste.
  • Fold in the pasta and broccoli.
  • Wash the chives, cut finely and sprinkle over them.
