Broccoli – Kohlrabi – Gratin

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g rice, cooked
  • 1 can tomato(s) (Pizza tomatoes)
  • 140 g cheese, grated
  • 500 g broccoli
  • 500 g kohlrabi
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper(s), cut into strips
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 1 tbsp fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Grease a gratin dish and spread the cooked rice in it. Place the pizza tomatoes on top and sprinkle with 4 tablespoons of grated cheese. Chop the broccoli florets and thinly slice the kohlrabi. Arrange both on top of the pizza tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Finely chop the onion and sauté in margarine. Add the sliced ​​bell pepper and sauté. Then add the vegetables to the gratin dish. Pour in the vegetable stock. Mix the egg yolk with the sour cream and the remaining cheese and pour evenly over the gratin. Bake for about 30 minutes at 200°C.
