Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g pasta (macaroni)
- Salt
- 600 g broccoli
- 50 g flour
- 50 g tomato paste
- ½ liter vegetable broth
- ⅛ liter milk
- pepper
- 250 g ham, cooked
- 200 g cheese (Emmental), grated
- some butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Sauté the flour in the melted butter. Stir in the tomato paste and deglaze with the broth and milk. Simmer for about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Trim the broccoli and cut into florets. Dice the cooked ham. Place the pasta, broccoli, and cooked ham in a baking dish and cover with the sauce. Sprinkle the cheese over the pasta. Cook in a preheated oven at 225°C for about 15 to 20 minutes. Note: The pasta and broccoli are not precooked.
