Broccoli pasta bake

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g broccoli, frozen
  • 350 g spiral noodles
  • Salt
  • 150 g cooked ham
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g cream
  • 2 pinches of nutmeg
  • pepper
  • 100 g Emmental cheese, grated
  • Butter, for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Thaw the broccoli in a colander. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in plenty of salted water for 10-12 minutes until al dente. Drain well. Cut the ham into thin strips. Grease a baking dish with butter. Carefully mix the ham, pasta, and broccoli and add to the dish. Whisk the eggs with cream, salt, nutmeg, and pepper and pour over the ingredients in the dish. Sprinkle with Emmental cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
