Broccoli pasta with pecorino

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 2 broccoli
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 250 g cheese (Pecorino)
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cook pasta in salted water. Drain, reserving some of the cooking water. Trim and chop the broccoli, then sauté in olive oil and season with salt. Add a ladleful of pasta water, cream, and grated pecorino cheese. Mix the pasta with the broccoli and season with salt and pepper.
