Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 small carrot(s)
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 100 g pasta
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Vegetarian

First, cook the pasta al dente in salted water according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside. While the pasta is cooking, finely chop the spring onion and sauté it in a pan with the oil. Next, finely chop the zucchini and carrot, add it to the spring onions, and sauté until al dente. This takes about 10 minutes. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper. Once the vegetables are tender, add the pasta and briefly toss everything together in the pan. Serve hot and enjoy.
