Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 6 beef roulades
- 6 roulade(s) , from pork
- 2 cups herb cream cheese
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 250 g smoked bacon
- 250 g ham
- 1 kg tomato(s), pitted, diced, or chunky tomatoes from the can
- 3 small zucchini, sliced (proportionately less than tomatoes)
- 1 can of tomato paste
- 1 cup of cream

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes
Roulades in tomato sauce
Season the meat with salt and pepper, spread with cream cheese, top with smoked bacon, ham, and parsley, and roll up. In a large roasting pan, combine the tomatoes, zucchini, tomato paste, cream, salt, and pepper; mix well. Place the meat on top. Roast in the oven at approximately 180-200°C for 45-60 minutes. Serve with pasta of your choice.
