Broccoli Soup …

The perfect broccoli soup … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Broccoli
  • Some onion
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 300 Milliliters Vegetable broth
  • 25 g Processed cheese
  • Ground pepper white
  • Nutmeg
  • Chilli flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Sliced ​​almonds
  1. Clean the broccoli and cut into florets. Peel onion and chop finely.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Steam the onion in it until translucent. Add the broccoli and vegetable stock. Bring to a boil, cook on a low flame for about 10 minutes. After 3 minutes, take out a few florets as decoration.
  3. Remove the pot from the stove. Drain the broccoli, collect the vegetable stock. Puree the broccoli. Gradually pour in as much vegetable stock, depending on how thin you want the soup.
  4. Let the cheese melt in the soup. Season to taste with pepper and nutmeg. Finally grind the chilli flakes over it.
  5. Toast the almonds in a pan without fat.
  6. Divide the soup on two plates. Scatter the almonds on top. Garnish with broccoli.
