Broccoli soup with garden broccoli

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg broccoli, freshly harvested
  • 350 ml bouillon, beef broth for dilution
  • 1 liter of water
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • possibly broth, granulated as desired
  • possibly cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

easy-going

Harvest the broccoli, wash it, and chop it up a bit. Add the broccoli to the broth and water, season with salt and pepper to taste, and simmer for about 10 minutes. Then puree it finely and bring it back to a boil. If you like, you can add cream or thicken the soup to make it thicker. However, we like it best as it is.
