Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 2 broccoli
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 piece(s) ginger, very small piece
- 1 ½ liters vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 100 g coffee cream 12%
- salt and pepper

Wash and chop the broccoli, peel and dice the sweet potatoes. Peel and dice the onion, and fry in oil until translucent. Add the broccoli and sweet potatoes. Finely dice a small piece of ginger and add it. Pour in the broth and simmer until soft. Then puree, stir in the coffee cream, and season with salt and pepper. (1.5 WW points per serving)
