Broccoli tarte flambée

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 150 ml water
  • some oil
  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 cup of sour cream, approx. 150 g
  • 150 g diced ham
  • some Parmesan
  • 2 slices of cheese
  • 1 onion(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Thoroughly knead the flour, water, and oil and roll out thinly on a baking sheet. Meanwhile, trim the broccoli, divide it into florets, and sauté briefly. Spread the sour cream over the rolled-out base, then top with ham, onions, and a few of the broccoli florets. Mash the remaining broccoli florets with a potato masher and a little sour cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Add a few spoonfuls of this cream to the base. Sprinkle the cheese in strips sparingly over the tarte flambée. Bake in the oven at 200°C (fan oven) for about 20 minutes, until the broccoli tips begin to brown slightly.
