Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 140 g oat flakes, wholemeal
- 8 dates (Medjool dates)
- 115 g almond butter
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp flaxseed, crushed

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
for 10 pieces
Pit the Medjool dates and blend them with the oats in a blender. Add the remaining ingredients and mix into a dough. Pour the mixture into a 20 x 20 cm baking dish and press down firmly. Let it sit in the refrigerator for one hour. Then cut into 10 equal pieces. 173 kcal per piece (based on 10 pieces)
