Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 broccoli, in florets
- 1 cup of rice
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- Milk, as needed
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- 2 tsp vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the broccoli in salted water until tender, then cook the rice according to the package instructions. For the sauce, melt the butter. Stir in the flour. Then gradually stir in the milk, add the spices, and bring the sauce to a boil. Then arrange everything on plates and serve.
