Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 2 heads of broccoli
- 2 bell peppers
- 200 g natural tofu
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 piece(s) ginger, 2 cm
- e.g. olive oil
- e.g. soy sauce
- 60 g cashew nuts
- n. B. Salt
- e.g. chili flakes

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cut the broccoli into florets, dice the bell peppers and tofu, quarter the onion, and finely chop the garlic and ginger. Sauté all the vegetables in oil until hot. Add the ginger and garlic. Deglaze with soy sauce. Add the cashews and tofu and heat through. Season with salt and chili flakes.
