Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g gnocchi from the refrigerated section
  • 200 ml tomatoes, pureed
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 handful of peas, frozen
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp basil
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Heat the vegetable oil in a deep pan and fry the gnocchi for about 3 minutes, until lightly browned on all sides. Season with a pinch of salt. Quarter the cherry tomatoes and fry them briefly. In a bowl, mix the passata with the spices, water, and a little salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the gnocchi and bring to a boil. Add the peas and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent burning. Serve the finished gnocchi directly from the pan. If you like, sprinkle with some Parmesan cheese or add sliced ​​mozzarella and cook for two minutes.
