The perfect broccoli recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Fresh broccoli
  • 125 ml Vegetable broth
  • 125 ml White wine dry
  • 15 g Butter
  1. Remove the leaves from the broccoli, remove the ends of the stems and cut the stalk crosswise. Wash broccoli thoroughly.
  2. Bring the stock with the wine to a boil and cook the broccoli for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Heat the butter. Drain the broccoli, place in a preheated bowl, pour hot butter over it and serve immediately.
