Broccoli
The perfect broccoli recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Fresh broccoli
- 125 ml Vegetable broth
- 125 ml White wine dry
- 15 g Butter
- Remove the leaves from the broccoli, remove the ends of the stems and cut the stalk crosswise. Wash broccoli thoroughly.
- Bring the stock with the wine to a boil and cook the broccoli for 15-20 minutes.
- Heat the butter. Drain the broccoli, place in a preheated bowl, pour hot butter over it and serve immediately.
