Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 130 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla paste or 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 80 ml oil
- 3 eggs
- 300 g flour
- n. B. Salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 75 g cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 380 ml milk
- 50 g dark chocolate, chopped
- Oil for baking
- n. B. ice
- n. B. chocolate sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 24 minutes
To make the chocolate waffle batter, first combine the sugar, vanilla extract, and oil. Next, add the eggs and mix thoroughly. Then, it’s time to add the dry ingredients: flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and cocoa powder, then add them to the egg mixture alternately with the milk. Finally, add the chopped chocolate, and the batter is ready to bake in a preheated waffle iron. Tip: These brownie waffles taste best served straight from baking with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce.
