Brownies Super Juicy
The perfect brownies super juicy recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Butter
- 200 g Baking cocoa
- 8 Eggs
- 800 g Sugar
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 240 g Flour
- 200 g Ground hazelnuts
- 250 g Raisins
- Let the butter melt in a saucepan. Then stir in the cocoa with the whisk. Put the pot to one side.
- Whisk the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar with the mixer. Mix in flour, hazelnuts (you can also use ground almonds) and cocoa butter. Finally fold in the raisins.
- Place the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. I use a baking frame so the brownies are evenly high. Bake the brownies at 175 degrees (hot air) for about 35-40 minutes. Cut the cake into pieces immediately after baking. When the brownies have cooled, sieve icing sugar thickly over the pieces.
