For the fish filling, hard-boil the egg, rinse, peel, and chop. Wash the tomatoes and finely dice, removing the seeds and stems. Drain the tuna and shred it. Mix everything with the coriander and spices, and season with salt and pepper. For the cheese filling, crush the cheese and mix it with the egg and herbs. Wash the onions, finely slice them, and mix them in. Season with chili powder. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Line baking sheets with baking paper. Cut the pastry sheets into 6 strips, each about 10 cm wide. Melt the butter and brush it onto the strips, leaving a little butter left over. Place 1 tablespoon of filling on the bottom of each strip and roll up. Brush the parcels with butter. Place the pastry parcels on the baking sheets and bake one after the other in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown, turning once.
