Bruschetta – midnight snack

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 slice(s) bread(s), white
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • Salt
  • oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the tomatoes, cut into small cubes, and season with salt. Peel and halve the garlic. Toast the bread in the oven until crispy (or in a toaster if necessary). Rub the garlic onto the still-hot bread, pile the tomatoes onto both slices, and drizzle with olive oil. Finally, sprinkle some oregano over the top—done.
