Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 8 small potatoes
- 300 g Brussels sprouts, frozen
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper
- 200 g cheese, grated

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
vegetarian, totally simple and quick to make
Peel, chop, and wash the potatoes. Then cook as usual. Cook the Brussels sprouts according to the package instructions. Place the potatoes and sprouts in a baking dish. Mix the sour cream and eggs with salt and pepper and pour over the potatoes and sprouts. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes.
