Cook the Brussels sprouts in salted water until al dente or tender, depending on your taste, and drain into a colander. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Fry the minced meat until crumbly and season. Also fry the ham. Place the Brussels sprouts in a casserole dish and season generously with nutmeg, along with the other spices. Add the minced meat and ham and mix. Season again if desired and sprinkle with hard cheese or Parmesan. After draining the brine, crumble the feta cheese over the top by hand. Place everything in the preheated oven for 30-45 minutes and bake until golden brown. If desired, add caraway seeds and a dash of cinnamon to the minced meat.
