Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g Brussels sprouts
- 1 lemon(s), organic, peel and juice
- 30 g walnut kernels
- 2 tbsp wild cranberries
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- ½ pear(s)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel and finely chop the pear. Roast the walnuts, wash and finely grate the Brussels sprouts. Briefly toss the sprouts in the butter, season with salt and pepper, and add 1 teaspoon of lemon zest. Combine the lemon juice, salt, pepper, and wild cranberries to make a dressing. Mix with the walnuts, pear, and sprouts, and season to taste.
