Brussels Sprouts Fish Lasange
The perfect brussels sprouts fish lasange recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Brussels sprouts fresh
- Lasagne sheets
- 2 Pc. Hoki fillets
- 125 g Hearty raw ham cubes
- 150 g Grated Gouda
- 250 ml Béchamel sauce
- Salt ; Pepper ; nutmeg
- Finely chopped parsley
- Clean the Brussels sprouts and cook for about 20 minutes.
- Cut the fish into small pieces.
- Puree some grated cheese, ham and parsley to a slightly creamy “liquid”. Season well with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Put layers of pasta, fish, Brussels sprouts, bechamel in a baking dish. Always layer the cheese and ham mix.
- Top with bechamel and the rest of the grated cheese.
- Bake at 180 * C for about 45 minutes.
