Brussels Sprouts Fish Lasange

The perfect brussels sprouts fish lasange recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Brussels sprouts fresh
  • Lasagne sheets
  • 2 Pc. Hoki fillets
  • 125 g Hearty raw ham cubes
  • 150 g Grated Gouda
  • 250 ml Béchamel sauce
  • Salt ; Pepper ; nutmeg
  • Finely chopped parsley
  1. Clean the Brussels sprouts and cook for about 20 minutes.
  2. Cut the fish into small pieces.
  3. Puree some grated cheese, ham and parsley to a slightly creamy “liquid”. Season well with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  4. Put layers of pasta, fish, Brussels sprouts, bechamel in a baking dish. Always layer the cheese and ham mix.
  5. Top with bechamel and the rest of the grated cheese.
  6. Bake at 180 * C for about 45 minutes.
