Brussels sprouts pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g Brussels sprouts
  • 350 g jacket potatoes
  • 400 g pork (e.g. schnitzel, fillet, etc.)
  • 250 ml cream
  • 1 tbsp mustard (to taste)
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Clean the Brussels sprouts and cook in salted water for 8 minutes. Peel the potatoes and slice them. Dice the meat and fry in a pan with oil for about 7 minutes. Mix the cream, mustard, salt, and pepper. Add the cooked Brussels sprouts, potatoes, and cream to the pan with the mustard and mix everything together. Let it cook briefly. Sprinkle the parsley over the dish. Done!
