Brussels sprouts with Japanese miso glaze

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tbsp yuzu juice or lime juice
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce, Japanese
  • 1 tbsp miso paste, white
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Clean, wash, and halve the Brussels sprouts. Then place them on a baking sheet and roast in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the other ingredients in a bowl until a paste forms. Brush the mixture over the Brussels sprouts and bake for another 5-10 minutes. Caution: Miso burns very easily in the oven, so it’s recommended to check the cooking process frequently.
