Christmas Cookies: Cinnamon Waffles with Almonds + Block Chocolate

The perfect christmas cookies: cinnamon waffles with almonds + block chocolate recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Finely grate the chocolate:

  • 375 g Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla sugar
  • 6 Pc. Eggs
  • 2 tablespoon Ground cinnamon
  • 2 cl Strohrum
  • 200 g Block chocolate
  • 300 g Skinned and ground almonds
  • 750 g Sifted flour

for baking !

  • 1 Pc. Cinnamon Waffle Maker
  1. Beat the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy.
  2. Stir in eggs twice, mix in cinnamon.

Amount charged for almonds!

  1. Stir in the chocolate block and rum.

Attention quantity only suitable for almonds:

  1. Mix in the flour (works best with the dough hook). I have a nut version in KB.
  2. Now we have to diligently spin balls. We’ll put them in a cool place for 60 minutes.
  3. Bake in a cinnamon waffle iron. We flatten the balls a little before inserting them, so they become more beautiful.
  4. All that remains is a Merry Christmas, a Happy New Year and enjoy the days to wish.
