Christmas Cookies: Cinnamon Waffles with Almonds + Block Chocolate
The perfect christmas cookies: cinnamon waffles with almonds + block chocolate recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Finely grate the chocolate:
- 375 g Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla sugar
- 6 Pc. Eggs
- 2 tablespoon Ground cinnamon
- 2 cl Strohrum
- 200 g Block chocolate
- 300 g Skinned and ground almonds
- 750 g Sifted flour
for baking !
- 1 Pc. Cinnamon Waffle Maker
- Beat the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy.
- Stir in eggs twice, mix in cinnamon.
Amount charged for almonds!
- Stir in the chocolate block and rum.
Attention quantity only suitable for almonds:
- Mix in the flour (works best with the dough hook). I have a nut version in KB.
- Now we have to diligently spin balls. We’ll put them in a cool place for 60 minutes.
- Bake in a cinnamon waffle iron. We flatten the balls a little before inserting them, so they become more beautiful.
- All that remains is a Merry Christmas, a Happy New Year and enjoy the days to wish.
