Super easy and easy to prepare.
Using a dough hook, combine the flour with the eggs, yeast, lukewarm milk, half the butter, orange zest, and salt. Mix the dough into a smooth dough for about 5 minutes. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for about 40 minutes. (I simply place the bowl inside a second bowl filled with warm water and then use it to water my flowers. The dough rises faster this way.) In the meantime, I let the wild berries thaw and mix them with the jam. Now, grease the dish with butter (don’t worry about the calories) and then sprinkle with brown sugar. Knead the dough thoroughly on a floured surface and roll it out, not too thinly (at least 1 cm). Using a shot glass, cut out circles (dip the rim of the glass in flour first to prevent sticking), then place them tightly together in the buttered and sugared dish. Next, fill the empty spaces with the wild berry mixture and let the dough rest for another 10-15 minutes. Melt the remaining butter and thoroughly coat the dough pieces with it. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (160°C fan oven) on the second rack from the bottom for about 30 minutes.
