Buckwheat semolina porridge

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 200 ml almond milk (almond drink), unsweetened
  • 100 g semolina (buckwheat semolina)
  • 1 handful of fruit of your choice, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Bring the coconut and almond milk to a boil in a saucepan. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the buckwheat semolina. Ladle the semolina porridge into dessert bowls, let it cool slightly, and enjoy with fresh fruit.
