Ingredients

  • 2 Pc. Buffalo mozzarella, pack
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil, cold pressed
  • 1 tsp Chilli flakes
  • Chive rolls
  • Salt, pepper from the mill
  • Ciabatta, Italian white bread, etc.

Instructions

  • A very simple, quick recipe, but the main thing is that it tastes good.
  • Place 1 mozzarella each on a plate, sprinkle with oil, sprinkle with chilli curls and cut into slices, arrange diagonally. Add chives and season with salt and pepper as desired.
  • If possible, let it steep for at least 1 hour and serve with Italian white bread. Add a few pickled olives, a glass of Italian white wine and the evening could be perfect.
  • PS: Unfortunately only had freeze-dried chives in the house for the photo. Sorry!
