Ingredients
- 2 Pc. Buffalo mozzarella, pack
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil, cold pressed
- 1 tsp Chilli flakes
- Chive rolls
- Salt, pepper from the mill
- Ciabatta, Italian white bread, etc.
Instructions
- A very simple, quick recipe, but the main thing is that it tastes good.
- Place 1 mozzarella each on a plate, sprinkle with oil, sprinkle with chilli curls and cut into slices, arrange diagonally. Add chives and season with salt and pepper as desired.
- If possible, let it steep for at least 1 hour and serve with Italian white bread. Add a few pickled olives, a glass of Italian white wine and the evening could be perfect.
