Buffalo Mozzarella with Papaya Parma Salsa

The perfect buffalo mozzarella with papaya parma salsa recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Mixed salad
  • 6 tbsp White wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper
  • 6 tbsp Oil
  • 2 Pc. Papaya
  • 12 NS. Parma ham
  • 3 Pc. Shallots
  • 3 Pc. Buffalo mozzarella
  1. First read the salad, wash it and let it drain well. For the vinaigrette, mix together the vinegar, salt and pepper. Then beat the oil under it.
  2. For the salsa, remove the seeds from the papaya. Peel the papaya and dice the pulp very small. Then dice the Parma ham just as finely. Peel the shallots and chop them very finely. For the salsa, mix the diced papaya, the Parma ham, the shallots and half of the vinaigrette.
  3. Mix the rest of the vinaigrette with the salad and arrange on plates. Halve the buffalo mozzarella and place on the salad. Pour the papaya parma salsa over it. Fry a few strips of Parma ham until crispy and also cover them.
