  • 1 kg Buffalo mozzarella
  • 750 g Tomatoes
  • Basil
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Chop the tomatoes (preferably Vierländer tomatoes) into small pieces. Season to taste with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Add the basil leaves and spread over the buffalo mozzarella.
