Ingredients
- 1 kg Buffalo mozzarella
- 750 g Tomatoes
- Basil
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Chop the tomatoes (preferably Vierländer tomatoes) into small pieces. Season to taste with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Add the basil leaves and spread over the buffalo mozzarella.
