Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 onion(s), thick
- 3 tbsp margarine, approx.
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 large can of tomatoes, in pieces
- 500 ml broth
- Salt and pepper, pepper, ketchup
- 400 g pasta (e.g. spaghetti)
- 1 point peas (frozen, alternatively from a can)
- some cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel and dice the onion, and fry it with the minced meat in the margarine. Add the broth and the can of tomatoes. Add the pasta and season with salt, pepper, and ketchup. Add the peas for the last 5 minutes of cooking. It’s best to precook the dish and reheat it; like many stews, it tastes even better.
