Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 chicken legs
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 2 tbsp paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • ½ cup vegetable broth
  • ½ cup yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Rub the chicken thighs with salt and pepper, coat in flour, and fry in oil. Dice the bell peppers and sauté with the onions. Pour the paprika, tomato paste, and broth over the chicken thighs and cook over low heat for about 15-20 minutes. Add the yogurt and simmer briefly. Tastes best with rice.
