  • 1 cup of yoghurt (drinking yoghurt), e.g. B. Ayran
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 slice(s) tomato(s)

Instructions

Wash the tomato, dry it, and cut out the stem. Cut the tomato and gherkin into small cubes and mix with the yogurt drink. Season the drink with salt and pepper and garnish with the tomato slice.
