Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Chive rolls
  • 4 potatoes, boiled, approx. 300 g
  • 50 g cheese, grated
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Whisk the eggs with the spices and chives. Grate the cooled potatoes and fold them into the egg mixture. Place in a heated, oiled, nonstick pan. Sear and turn gently. Sprinkle with cheese and cover, then let it set over low heat.
