Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 20 g bulgur
  • 70 ml water
  • 1 tsp raisins
  • 50 g banana(s) (weighed without peel)
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tangerine(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Bring the bulgur and water to a boil in a small saucepan. Trim and wash the raisins, add them, and let them swell for 15 minutes with the lid on. Puree the banana and stir in the butter. Peel the tangerine, remove the skins from the segments, and mix in as well.
